The Godalming Run History

The Godalming Run was first established in 2012 by Sport Godalming, Godalming Town Council, the Charterhouse Club and Waverley Harriers Running Club as part of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee & to celebrate the London Olympics.

Following the huge success of the inaugural race it seemed only right to make the Godalming Run an annual event. Over a decade on and the Godalming Run has become one of Surrey's most popular running events attracting hundreds of entrants year on year and raising over £20,000 for charity. All of the money raised goes to local Godalming based athletes particularly those bidding for Olympic stardom.
